Melina Kanakaredes is an American actress is known for her role as the character Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Her leading role in the role of Eleni andros Cooper on the CBS soap show Guiding Light was also praised.
